Day 29 of the 100 Days of SwiftUI is part 1 of project 5, the development of the WordScramble app. As is usual, part 1 is about learning and preparing the skills needed for the app development tomorrow.
Overall, today deals with:
- List (like a Form, but for presenting data on the screen instead of the entering it)
- Bundle, and accessing files (URLs, which are handled using the same library)
- UITextChecker - works with strings and the spelling of words.
I enjoyed the days content. At one stage I stopped and experimented with and went ahead of the content in order to learn more about the elements being used. Playing with files, and loading file contents was interesting, and understanding how files and bundles work is surprising but logical.
